The Best Laid Plans

I founded Slippery Rock Games to focus on developing cooperative games. The Best Laid Plans is our debut title, a puzzle-adventure game in which players plan expeditions through a series of magical dungeons. Its unique twist is that all of the gameplay takes place within the maps that the players are using to plan their adventures. Featuring hand-drawn art and animations, The Best Laid Plans is like classic Zelda meets Split Fiction inside a David Macaulay illustration.

Starfield

Studio: Bethesda Game Studios

Role: Level and Quest Design Producer (base game), Story Producer (Shattered Space DLC)

Platform: PC and Xbox Series S/X

On Starfield, I was the level and quest design producer, launching the game alongside a team of roughly 20 designers. I also served as the story producer for the first DLC, Shattered Space.

In addition to producing, I wrote multiple random encounters that players may run into during their experience, most notably the Clemens’ Truth derelict ship encounter.

Magic: Spellslingers

Role: Dialogue Writer, Art Producer

On Magic: Spellslingers, I was one of two writers. I wrote character VO lines for ten different playable heroes from the Magic the Gathering universe. I also wrote barks for characters on cards as they enter and exit the battlefield.

In addition to writing, I was the producer for the art team. I managed a team of over 30 freelance artists to deliver hundreds of pieces of card artwork. I also produced the VFX and design teams and assisted in art and design implementation in engine.

Blade Runner: Revelations

I produced localization, VO sessions, and script development for Blade Runner: Revelations as well as doing general production support.
